Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing is intended for human consumption or clinical use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OmegaLabz website, platform, tools, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform. OmegaLabz LLC ("Company," "we," "us") reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

OmegaLabz operates as a technology and management services organization (MSO) providing:

Informational content related to peptide research, biochemistry, and pharmacokinetics
Reference and analytical tools for research professionals
Regulatory tracking content related to FDA and advisory committee activities
A research inquiry and intake facilitation system
Connections to third-party licensed suppliers of research-grade chemical reagents

OmegaLabz is not a compounding pharmacy, licensed pharmacy, dispensary, medical clinic, or healthcare provider. The Company does not manufacture, compound, dispense, or prescribe any substance.

3. Research Use Only — Absolute Restriction

All chemical compounds, reagents, and substances referenced, catalogued, or facilitated through this Platform are intended strictly and exclusively for:

In-vitro laboratory research
Academic study and scientific evaluation
Non-clinical reference and analytical purposes conducted by qualified professionals

These substances are not approved by the FDA for human or animal use, consumption, injection, topical application, or clinical administration of any kind. They are not intended for therapeutic, diagnostic, or preventive purposes.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified research professional, scientist, or licensed institution with the legal authority and appropriate facilities to handle research-grade chemical reagents in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. The Platform is not directed at minors.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform or any substances facilitated through it to:

Self-administer, inject, ingest, or otherwise introduce any referenced compound into any human or animal body
Resell or redistribute research compounds to unqualified individuals
Misrepresent your research credentials, affiliation, or intended purpose
Violate any federal, state, or local law, including DEA scheduling rules or FDA regulations
Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity via the Platform
Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to the Platform
Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit Platform content without written permission

6. No Medical Advice

All content, tools, and communications provided by OmegaLabz are for informational and research reference purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a recommendation to use any substance for any health purpose. Always consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including text, graphics, logos, software tools, data compilations, and overall design — is the property of OmegaLabz LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links and Suppliers

The Platform may link to or facilitate connections with third-party websites or suppliers. These parties operate independently under their own terms. OmegaLabz does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and that party.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. OMEGALABZ EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OMEGALABZ LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY SUBSTANCE REFERENCED HEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL OMEGALABZ'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OmegaLabz LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any misuse of any compound accessed through the Platform.

12. Regulatory Compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, handling, and use of any research chemical. OmegaLabz makes no representation that any substance referenced on the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Nothing herein constitutes legal advice.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Indian River County, Florida. You waive any right to participate in class-action litigation against OmegaLabz.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such action is appropriate.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent required, and remaining provisions shall continue in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Research Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and OmegaLabz regarding your use of the Platform.
