Shipping & Refund Policy

Plain-English Summary: Orders are processed after payment confirmation and shipped discreetly. Because these are research chemical reagents, returns are limited to damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items reported promptly. Read the full terms below.

1. Order Processing

Research inquiries submitted through the intake portal are manually reviewed and verified before fulfillment. Orders are processed once payment has cleared and compliance verification is complete. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. You will receive confirmation at the email address provided on your intake.

2. Shipping

Reagents are shipped via standard tracked courier within the United States.
Lyophilized research compounds are packaged to preserve stability; temperature-sensitive items may ship with appropriate protection.
Standard transit time is typically 2–7 business days after dispatch; delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders at or above the published threshold ($250).
A tracking reference is provided once your order is dispatched.

3. Returns & Refunds

Because the products are research chemical reagents whose integrity cannot be verified once they leave our custody, all sales are generally final. Returns or replacements are available only in the following cases, when reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic documentation:

The item arrived damaged or with compromised packaging.
The item received does not match what was ordered (wrong compound, dose, or quantity).
The item is defective or its Certificate of Analysis does not match the product supplied.

Approved claims are resolved by replacement or refund at OmegaLabz’s discretion. Refunds are issued to the original settlement method where practicable. Opened, used, or improperly stored items are not eligible. We do not accept returns based on a change of mind, a change in the regulatory status of a compound, or buyer error.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch by contacting us at the number below. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and is subject to the returns terms above.

5. Undeliverable & Refused Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at intake, or is refused on delivery, we may refund the product value less shipping and handling. Reshipment requires payment of additional shipping.
