OmegaLabz Purity Guarantee

OmegaLabz does not independently test the compounds we source — each product page lists the purity reported on the supplier's HPLC-MS Certificate of Analysis (COA on request; see our documentation hub). We stand behind that stated number: if your own independent, third-party lab testing finds a batch below the purity listed on its product page at time of purchase, you're covered by this guarantee.

If a product purchased from OmegaLabz is independently analyzed and found to fall below its listed purity, the researcher is entitled to the following:

• A 100% refund of the original purchase price for the specific batch/vial tested.
• A site credit issued for 25% of the total cost of the third-party test. This credit can be applied toward any future procurement of OmegaLabz laboratory reagents.

Qualification Protocols

To qualify for a refund and credit under the OmegaLabz guarantee, the following strict protocols must be met:

• Testing must be conducted by a recognized, accredited independent analytical laboratory.
• Result submissions must be emailed to our team within 30 days of the original delivery date.
• The submitted test must be performed on an unopened, vacuum-sealed vial from the original OmegaLabz shipment. Tests performed on reconstituted, tampered, or previously opened vials are ineligible for this guarantee.
• The submission must include the official laboratory report (PDF) and a verifiable link to the results on the laboratory’s public database. A copy of the testing invoice must also be provided to calculate the 25% credit.

Return & Refund Process

If a test falls under the purity listed for that product, a refund will be issued once the remaining product has been returned to OmegaLabz within 7 days.

Example:If a purchase of 5 vials of a specific product is made, one is tested, and it falls under the purity listed on that product's page, then the remaining 4 vials must be returned. Only the vial that was tested will be refunded. Once the remaining products are returned, the refund will be issued alongside the 25% store credit for the testing cost.
